Commercial Property.
We still provide a service to commercial property clients, dealing with lease assignments, new lease grants, and landlord & tenant transactions.
Where possible, we operate a fixed fee system. For example:-
New lease: from £1950 plus VAT and disbursements
Lease assignment: from £1250 plus VAT and disbursements
Transactions are handled only by experienced, qualified solicitors. Our aim is to provide a quality personal service to all our clients.
