Covid19 Virus:
We continue to provide an efficient service to our clients, despite
the current health crisis. We are working with the courts to make sure that we progress our clients’ cases effectively. We participate in telephone or video hearings on
behalf of clients. We advise clients by telephone or by video call throughout the case. All our new clients provide photo identification by email, so that we can then take on their case
in a timely fashion, without the need for face-to-face meetings.

We all want our families to be happy but sometimes things just don't work out that way.
Family disputes can be very upsetting for all concerned. To
minimise the negative effects on your family, it is important to obtain legal advice on which you can rely
as soon as possible.
If you are the victim of domestic violence or want more contact with your children, we
can help.
If you have decided that divorce is the best option for you, we can
advise and assist you with the process.
If the local authority has concerns about how your children are being cared for, we can help you to avoid action being taken against you.
Contact our experienced solicitors in the family department to discuss what we can do for you, our fees, and whether legal aid is available:
